IDPR - The Process

IDENTIFICATION PHASE

The first step of the process is to develop a visual model of plan versus performance for a selected number of wells using our proprietary data driven visualization and analytical tools. Data visualization through project time and cost modeling help to uncover anomalies that lead to sub-optimal results.

Analysis and Report Phase

Further extensive analysis is then conducted by experienced engineering, drilling and well delivery personnel. Every aspect of the well drilling process is carefully reviewed with particular emphasis on the elements that were highlighted in the identification phase. The review team generates reports that include: Well summary with identified areas for improvement, analysis of key areas of focus, estimation of potential benefits that could be derived through identified improvements.

Workshop

The workshop provides an in-depth, interactive review of the completed IDPR. It may be conducted remotely via video conferencing, however for maximum benefit we recommend that this be a full day, inperson workshop. The workshop includes presentations and open discussion on: project methodology, the visualization of well plan versus execution, the identified areas of focus for deeper analysis, findings of these analyses and resultant recommendations including benefits for future operations.
